Raynor, a manufacturer of garage doors and openers for residential and commercial applications, announced the promotion of Mike Dean to director of manufacturing. Dean will be a member of the management team, responsible for all areas of production and technical skills.
Dean has been employed with Raynor for 20 years. He began his career at the company in 1993 as a maintenance repairman and quickly was promoted to a maintenance supervisor. A few years later, Dean was promoted to maintenance manager. In 2010, he was again promoted to operations manager.
“We are very excited for Mike to take on his new role as director of manufacturing,” said Ray Neisewander lll, president and CEO of Raynor. “Mike’s leadership and knowledge of our production systems gives me the utmost confidence that he and Raynor will excel in this new role.”
Raynor has been a family-owned garage door manufacturer since 1945, with home offices in Dixon, Ill.
