The 5600, 5700 and 5800 door series feature the same exterior construction as the 5300, 5400 and 5500, respectively. The difference between them is on the inside. While the 53/54/5500 is built on a 2-inch base section with polystyrene insulation, the 56/57/5800 utilize a polyurethane-injected core. The polyurethane insulated core creates a more rigid construction and a much higher insulation rating.
