The Obama administration has passed along a bill to Congress regarding the creation of a five-member board called the Consumer Financial Protection Agency “designed to protect Americans from unscrupulous practices and make financial products easier to understand.”
This bill is just part of the major overhaul of the government’s financial policies since the 1930’s.
