Amarr Garage Doors opened a door distribution center in San Antonio in early December. The 21,550-square foot facility, which Amarr calls a “Door Center,” has three employees and is the company’s 68th Door Center.
Amarr products will be distributed from the San Antonio Door Center to independent garage door dealers in southern Texas, allowing them to provide rapid delivery of Amarr products to their customers. The company’s other Door Centers are located throughout the United States and in select international markets, including seven other Door Centers in Texas (Lubbock, El Paso, Austin, Ft. Worth, McAllen, Dallas and Houston).
Raul H. Reyes serves as manager of Amarr’s San Antonio Door Center. He has a long career in industrial manufacturing and has worked at Amarr’s Ft. Worth Door Center for the past year in preparation for his new leadership role in San Antonio.
“We have experienced increased consumer demand for Amarr door systems in recent years, and, as a result, the need to have additional Door Centers to serve our dealer partners in southern Texas also has increased. We look forward to serving dealers, who will supply our products to consumers throughout the region,” says Richard Brenner, Chief Executive Officer of Amarr. “Amarr was started in 1951 by my father and two uncles. They made high-quality products and excellent customer service a way of life at Amarr, and we intend to continue that tradition at our San Antonio Door Center.”
Located at 6093 NE Loop 410 East, Suite 113, Amarr’s San Antonio Door Center is open 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
