Chamberlain acquires PTI Integrated Systems

The Chamberlain Group Inc. announced that it has acquired PTI Integrated Systems, Scottsdale, Ariz., as part of its ongoing growth plans in the integrated access control industry. The announcement was made by Chamberlain Chief Executive Officer, J. David Rolls.

Established in 1979, PTI Integrated Systems is a leading developer and manufacturer delivering complete solutions for access control, security and site management to customers worldwide. PTI provides hardware and software solutions to targeted industries. Self-storage customers recognize PTI’s Falcon controllers, APEX and VP keypads, coupled with TaskMaster Management software, as complete end to end solutions to integrate the latest technology for access control, security, management software, video integration, wireless and TCP/IP into their solutions.
