As part of its commitment to lead the industry in dealer support and service, Chamberlain has recently upgraded its dealer extranet Web site to include new and enhanced features. The new site is aimed at giving dealers additional tools to run a more efficient and profitable business.

The site, www.dealer.chamberlain.com, features a refreshed style that is visually appealing and easy to navigate, and serves as a more comprehensive resource for Chamberlain dealers to expand their business operations—from simplifying the ordering process to advertising assistance.

”We listened to feedback we were getting from our professional partners and updated our site to reflect what they were asking for,” said Sally Anderson, vice president, marketing communications and customer service. “The new look and more intuitive interface will help our dealers navigate the site more quickly and allow them access to product information that can help build their business.”

The dealer extranet is full-service and password-protected allowing Chamberlain’s professional dealers to stay constantly connected to important account information. A simplified registration process enables dealers to sign up and navigate the new site within minutes.

Dealers are able to place orders, view invoices and product information, and download manuals in PDF format. The dealer extranet also enables users to configure commercial door operators, gate operators, and telephone entry systems to fit specific applications. A revamped home page displays new product and promotional information, improved search and navigation tools, and an improved shopping cart for faster and easier checkout.

The new resource center features advertising assistance with a bank of downloadable logos, high-resolution product images, TV and radio commercials, and advertising slicks for use in local advertising. Additionally, return goods authorization (RGA) and warranty claim forms can easily be submitted and tracked in real time.
