C.H.I. Overhead Doors has partnered with Ron Blank and Associates, an architectural product representation firm in San Antonio to host an online continuing education program entitled, “Specifying Rolling Steel Fire Doors.”

“C.H.I. is committed to the development and exchange of information and learning topics for the architectural community and is pleased to offer this as the first of several courses and topics,” says David Dawdy, rolling steel sales manager and leader of architectural development for C.H.I. “This course provides a resource of vital knowledge to design professionals that enhances their efforts to specify the correct products for a given project. They can take this course online in the comfort of their office or home.”

“Specifying Rolling Steel Fire Doors” is an American Institute of Architects/Construction Specifications Institute approved continuing education course that addresses NFPA 80 mandates, fire door terminologies and definitions, construction details and other relevant topics. One Health Safety and Welfare, (HSW) learning unit is awarded for successful completion of the course and subsequent test.
