Holmes Spring Mfg. Expands Customer Service Team

Holmes Spring Manufacturing (a division of Industrial Spring Company-Minneapolis) is expanding its Tempe-based customer service team in response to increased sales.

Team members include:
Shiv Dass (Western Region Sales Manager):
Joining Holmes and leading the team as western region sales manager is industry veteran, Shiv Dass. In this role, Dass will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relations, as well as developing and implementing new sales and customer service initiatives. Dass brings 15 years of overhead door sales and customer service experience to the Holmes team, having spent eight years with Westgate Door Industries, and seven years with Helton Industries. Please feel free to contact Dass at 619.456.8689 or 480.598.6484.

Mike Parker (Plant Manager):
Promoted from Industrial Spring Company in January 2008, Parker is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations and customer service for Holmes Spring. Parker has worked 19 years as a shipping manager, most recently with Industrial Spring, he also served four-and-a-half years in the US Army. He can be reached at 480.598.6484.

Gerry Lara (Production Supervisor):
Lara brings 22 years of overhead door experience to the Holmes team, having started with Atlas Door Company in 1986. Lara joined Holmes in 2002 serving as second and first shift supervisor. Nadia Contreras (Customer Service Lead)
