• Delegate more. Entreprenuers also tend to be perfectionists, and particularly have trouble letting go of responsibilities within the company they founded. If you’ve taken your time in hiring, you should feel good about letting your employees take over.

• Speaking of being good at hiring the right people, become a better judge of character. This will help you not only find the right employees for your company, but the right clients and partners.

• Don’t forget to have a sense of humor. It can help you be more likable by customers and employees, and makes you more approachable – not to mention can save your sanity in the tough times.
