From Forrest Gump of “Forrest Gump” to Jerry Maguire of “Jerry Maguire,” here are some of the top fictional entrepreneurs of all time, from the recent article from Inc.com:
Milo Minderbinder – This entrepreneur, featured in Joseph Heller’s “Catch-22”, saw the profit that could be made during war.
Daniel Plainview – This oily (pun intended) tycoon from “There Will Be Blood” went from town to town giving convincing (if not entirely truthful) speeches to swindle money out of country folk.
Jerry Maguire – With only one client, he made sure to deliver the goods.
Willy Wonka – This confectioner connoisseur was rich, out of his mind and didn’t take no guff from bratty kids.
The Ghostbusters – Peter Venkman, Egon Spengler and Raymond Stantz protect and serve for the demon harassed.
Forrest Gump – Perhaps the best lesson that a little luck and a strong will gett the small business owner through the tough times and on to success.
